Sultan is a unique gay short story which is extremely challenging and is our first project in India.
Sultan was meant to be a short story, not a full-fledged movie. But the director’s insistence and the support of well-known Bollywood celebrities made us proceed with the project.
It is for the first time in India that a short story in Bollywood is made as a full-fledged movie and we are proud of our Director Shubrata. We have put forth our best efforts and all our efforts to give this short movie the best possible treatment.
This movie is one of the best gay movies produced in India.
This movie is a dark comedy, not a ‘romantic comedy’. We have included a few scenes which might have seemed offensive to some but this is the essence of our movie.
This is the first gay movie of its kind in India that has dark comedy scenes as well.
Today we present to you what we have done to make this short movie an amazing experience and our sincere thanks to our Director Shubrata.
We really hope this film will be a huge success in India and abroad.
In this movie, Raj Zutshi plays a frustrated man and Kirti Adwani plays his sadistic boyfriend.
